Hey all. This is a simple place we thought we would set up to give everyone updates on Elizabeth and Patrick as well as post video of the little ones. Enjoy!

Look alikes
Believe it or not but momma wore this coat too. I will make sure they scan a picture of her in it as well.
Such a wonderful Dickens look for the holiday. While I am sure your mother also looked devine in this coat she could not possibly have been cuter than you! Also, there were often "behavior" issues. Have I ever told you what a "good baby" your Uncle Mark was?
We all comment on Miss Elizabeth's penchant for all things edible and wonder where she got it......notice the left hand in the upper photo of the mommy......busted!!!!!
Part II--I think it is amazing that someone in your family made and posted the photo of your mother in this coat and hat. A kind of "side-by-side" deal I suppose. Such a move, while intended to be sentimental, certainly invites critical comparison from the official "familial free agent." It is my understanding that the photo of your mother was sent as an entrant to some kind of contest from the 1980's. Like most "free" agents I cannot reveal the source of my information and I cannot imagine what kind of contest would warrant such a submission unless the category was: "Surly Children with Cookies." There are interesting detail differencies in the two photos. Your mother's representation includes the highly guarded confectionary, the basket reminiscent of 18th Century fishmonger urchins and the firetruck-imprinted shirt alluding to an impetuous personality. Furthermore the backward tilt of the hat brings to mind a sense of independence and disregard. On the other hand, your photo suggests an inner grace, the hat frames your face in a cherubic glow and your eyes are pools of pleasantness. I'm sure I am reading too much into these images (?)
