I like the Halloween outfit but I would lose the collar. Perhaps a nice double string of pearls (on second thought let's not do pearls since you don't really have a neck yet. Better yet...how about a hat?? Perhaps something in a light blue with a UNC logo! At least you are not being forced to wear one of those foolish cheese slice head cover deals from the frozen wasteland of Wisconsin.
